Dryer vent cleaning: $125 per vent
$125 flat rate for one vent. We clean the vent through to its termination. Cleaning a single-story side-wall termination is included.
$75 for each additional vent at the same property. Separate units, such as apartments 1 and 2, do not qualify as the same property for this rate.
$25 for a hose. We agree any replacement before fitting it.
Optional extras, quoted separately: camera inspection, cleaning a second-floor termination, and cleaning a roof termination. Vent cleaning reaches the termination regardless; cleaning the termination itself at second-floor or roof level is additional.
No per-foot charges. We confirm any additional work and price with you before it begins.

From the dryer connection to the termination
We disconnect the dryer, inspect the accessible connection and pipe, and clean the vent through to its termination. A single-story side-wall termination clean is included in the flat rate. If the termination itself needs cleaning on a second floor or roof, we explain the separately quoted work. A camera inspection can be added if you would like one; it is not included in the $125.

How much does dryer vent cleaning cost?
The first vent is $125. Each additional vent at the same property is $75; separate apartments or units do not qualify for that additional-vent rate. A replacement hose is $25 each if requested and agreed. Camera inspection and roof or upper-story termination cleaning are additional, quoted separately.
What is included in the $125 dryer-vent clean?
We clean the vent run to its termination and include cleaning an accessible single-story side-wall termination. If the actual termination needs cleaning on a roof or upper story, that termination work is additional and agreed first.
Are camera inspections included?
No. A camera inspection is available as an additional service. Let us know if you want one; we discuss and agree its price separately rather than including an unspecified fee in your base cleaning quote.
What if I do not know where my dryer vent exits?
Choose I don’t know on the booking form. You can still submit your request. We will discuss the route and access; there is no need to climb or dismantle equipment.
Will cleaning fix a dryer that takes too long or shows an error light?
Cleaning addresses the vent, not every possible appliance fault. Tell us about long drying times, error lights and when the issue started. We cannot promise that vent cleaning will fix an appliance error or replace a repair diagnosis.
