Community Dryer Vent Cleaning for CAMs & HOAs

Planning dryer vent cleaning across multiple homes takes more than multiplying a household price. We help CAMs and association boards define the routes, access and responsibilities before agreeing a bulk proposal.

Discuss a community project →

One community. A clear scope for every vent.

01 /

Start with a scope the board can review

Tell us the community name, approximate unit count, building types and storeys. Include known wall or roof terminations, individual or shared routes, and whether work involves common property. We establish what can be included and what needs further assessment before a proposal is agreed.

02 /

Separate resident responsibility from association work

Do not assume the association can authorise every part of every route. Confirm the relevant responsibility and approval with your governing documents or manager. We can discuss the cleaning scope, but we do not interpret association documents or certify building-wide compliance.

03 /

Plan access before announcing dates

Resident entry, gated access, roof access and available appointment windows can all affect the plan. Share known restrictions and your preferred coordination process. Scheduling, staffing and any phased programme are agreed for the actual project—not promised before its scope is known.

04 /

Agree the record you need

Tell us what the board or manager needs documented: units included, access exceptions, observed issues and the agreed work completed. Any reporting format, roof work or corrective items should appear in the proposal. Tell us which completion records your board requires.

05 /

Request a community proposal

Use the enquiry form and include your role, community, unit count and scope. If details are incomplete, say what is known. Community pricing is quoted for the agreed project. Any separate work requires agreement before it proceeds.

Questions about this service

Do you quote dryer-vent cleaning for CAMs and HOA communities?

Yes. We discuss a bulk proposal for the actual community, buildings and agreed scope. Include your role, the community name, approximate unit count, building types and any known wall or roof terminations.

Can every apartment use the $75 additional-vent rate?

No. The $75 additional-vent rate applies within the same property, not across separate apartments or units. Community projects need their own proposal based on routes, access and the agreed work.

Can you quote if we do not know all the vent routes?

Yes, you can start an inquiry with the information you have. Identify which routes and termination locations are unknown. We discuss what needs to be established before a reliable project scope and price can be agreed.

Who confirms whether the association can authorize the work?

The association or property manager should confirm responsibility and authorization under the relevant governing documents. We do not assume exterior or interior vent work is association-owned simply because homes share a community name.

How are resident access and roof work handled?

Share known entry, gate, roof-access and scheduling restrictions before dates are announced. Access arrangements, any phased work and roof or upper-story termination cleaning need to be included in the agreed proposal.

What completion records can we request?

Tell us what the board needs recorded, such as units included, access exceptions, observations and agreed work completed. The reporting format is established with the proposal; a cleaning record is not blanket building-code certification.

No bait and switch. Ever.

Your price, agreed upfront.
